Cancellation and refunds

Payments made through the Yeryüzü Climate Action Foundation website are donations in support of our mission, activities, and social responsibility work.

Donations are made voluntarily and with the donor’s consent. As a rule, completed payments are not cancelled or refunded.

However, if an exceptional situation arises—such as a technical error, duplicate payment, an incorrect amount, or an issue originating from the payment infrastructure—you may contact the foundation to request a refund. Such requests will be reviewed; where appropriate, a refund may be initiated in line with the procedures of the relevant payment provider.

For a refund request to be assessed, the donor should apply to the foundation with their full name, payment date, amount, transaction information, and contact details.

Payments are collected through a secure payment infrastructure; card details are not stored by the foundation. Payment processing and security follow the standards of the relevant payment provider.

Yeryüzü Climate Action Foundation reserves the right to evaluate cancellation and refund requests, request additional information or documents where needed, and take action in accordance with applicable law.
